Sample & pre-assay
Send a representative sample or your in-house assay of the spent material — Pd/C, palladium black, homogeneous catalyst residues, filter cakes or mother liquors.
Shipment & incoming assay
Material is weighed and assayed on receipt (fire assay / ICP). You receive the assay report and recoverable-metal calculation before anything is settled.
Credit or return
Recovered palladium is credited at the agreed fixing against your next purchase, settled in cash, or returned as new product — your choice per lot.
